What exactly do I earn on?
What the customer actually pays, after any discount. Memberships earn on the first payment only, not renewals. Purchases you make yourself don't earn commission.
Do people have to use my link?
No. Your link is easiest, but people can also type your affiliate code in the discount box at checkout and the sale is credited to you. Either way it counts for 30 days, and the last link or code they used is the one that earns. Neither gives the buyer a discount.
What if someone gets a refund?
Commission is pending for 14 days, then becomes payable. A refunded, reversed or disputed payment earns nothing, and if it was already paid, it comes off your next payout.
When and how am I paid?
Every month, by the 10th, by bank transfer, once your payable balance is at least ₦10,000. A smaller balance rolls over to the next month.
Do you need my bank details now?
No. Add your bank account in your dashboard whenever you like. Any change is confirmed with a code we email you and checked by us before a payout uses it.
Is there anything I shouldn't do?
Be honest about Joche and say that you earn commission when you recommend it. We may end a partnership that misleads people or spams.
