Learning should do more than tick a box. It should build confidence, and give a team what it needs to lead, to communicate, and to do the work well.
Our story
I kept meeting people who could do the work and could not get anybody to believe it. Self taught, sharp, hungry, and stuck outside a door that only opens for a certificate or a friend on the inside.
That is not a talent problem. It is a proof problem, and proof problems can be solved. So we built the thing that was missing: live classes with somebody on the other end who does this for a living, real briefs and real data instead of exercises, and at the end a certificate with a number on it that an employer can check without phoning us.
Africa has never been short of capable people. It has been short of proof. That is the business we are in.
Our mission
To close the distance between what somebody can do and what the world will let them do.
Every course has to survive one test: does it show up in the work on Monday? If it only shows up in a folder of notes then we have wasted your evening and ours. So we teach live, we mark by hand, and we back the result with something anyone can verify.
Get that right often enough, for enough people, and the question of who gets hired here starts to have a different answer. That is the whole ambition, and we are not shy about it.
